Art has the unique ability to transcend the ‘Here & Now’, to bring new openings and opportunities infused with creative vitality. In a complex world, it helps you gain awareness, develop new perspectives or relationships, transform & adapt.
Our goal is to help you unlock your creative spirit & move towards empowerment and happiness.
Integrative arts psychotherapy & psychodynamic coaching are the 2 pillars of our counselling services. Our approach is integrative, both in terms of frameworks (i.e. psychoanalysis, Gestalt and person centered) and in terms of artistic modalities offered in session (i.e. painting, drawing, clay, sandtray, body movement, rythms, theater, writing).
We work with adults (young to mature). In each session, art is an invitation but not an obligation: sometimes you might prefer talk therapy.
Our services can be delivered one-on-one or in groups; in English, French and Italian; in person and remote.
